The winery is located in the territory of Montalcino, and occupies three different exposures that allow the interpretation of Sangiovese in a different way.
Val di Suga extends over a total area of 120 hectares. The 55 hectares of vineyards are all grown in Sangiovese Grosso.
The Val di Suga winery is located to the north - east of the Municipality of Montalcino.
Much of the structure is part of the original complex, all recovered and organized to best accommodate the wines during their refinement. An imposing underground barrel cellar was built between 2000 and 2001. Today the winery has a functional vinification area that houses the stainless steel tanks of 100 and 150Hl and the original cement tanks of 80 and 200 hl, which have been restored outside and vitrified internally.
The part dedicated to refining in wood, instead, unfolds in a path made of adjoining rooms, but separated by sectors.
