Located along the route that leads from Montalcino to the Abbey of S.Antimo, in Tuscany, the farm Ventolaio, occupies an ancient and typical renovated cottage.
It produces quality wines such as Brunello di Montalcino and Rosso di Montalcino.
The process for the production of wines begins with a manual selection of the grapes. These are then placed in stainless steel tanks where alcoholic and malolactic fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures.
Vinification follows natural processes, favoring indigenous yeasts present in the grapes themselves, to give the wine a precise territorial identity.
Aging takes place in 30hl Slavonian and French oak barrels, with a subsequent aging in glass for about 6 months.
Brunello di Montalcino and Rosso di Montalcino are the company's flagship wines.
