Natura Rosa: honey production

Elisa Fiaschi is the beekeeper who deals with Natura Rosa bees, their well-being and honey collection.

When needed, together with the fire fighters, he recovers hives that settle near the houses, transfer them to new holes and contribute to the preservation of our ecosystem.

Honey produced, including "melata", chestnut and "millefiori", comes from the work of bees in the Tuscan areas of Impruneta (Florence) and the Pistoia Mountains.
