L'Arcimboldo food laboratory is located in Prato, in Tuscany, far from the city center and in a quiet countryside area.
The philosophy of the two women, members of the laboratory, is to recover the preparation of vegetables, pickles and pates as it was made by their grandmothers: fresh, seasonal and quality raw materials and manual processing.
