Gemignani Tartufi operates in San Miniato, in the center of Tuscany, in a land rich in vineyards, olive groves, but above all the precious white truffle.
Since 1930 the company has been creating specialties of high quality truffles, with a careful and constant selection of raw materials.
The history of the company began around 1930, in a city of San Miniato in Tuscany, when the Gemignani family discovered that the famous white truffle was found in the woods of the area where they lived. Having a small food shop, they began to buy the precious truffles from the local truffle hunters and then sell them to the traders who passed by San Miniato.
Today the ancient family trade, handed down from father to son, has become synonymous with excellence in the processing of truffles. Precious truffle specialties are created in the artisan workshop, with a scrupulous selection of raw materials, professionalism and respect for traditional recipes.
