The products of the company are of the highest quality and come from the respect of nature, its rhythms and love for the Tuscan farming traditions.
The company is involved in the recovery of the ancient breed of black pig "Macchiaiola Maremmana", thus protecting the animal biodiversity and the principles of sustainable development and preservation of the flavors of the Tuscan tradition.
Respecting a strict regulation production, special attention is given to the welfare of the animals, which have large, clean and equipped spaces with every comfort to facilitate the various stages of growth (maternity ward, nursery, space for adult pigs).
No chemical feeds are used, and the growth of the garments is natural, not forced. The animals are in fact fed with zero-kilometer foods, mostly produced on the farm (hay, cereals, fruit and vegetables).
In the olive grove and in the vineyard, human interventions are minimal and not very invasive, thanks to the use of cutting-edge equipment that allows excellent results without using herbicides.
