The Desideri family produces sweets since the early 1900s. The story begins with the wise work of great-grandfather Stefano Desideri, who traveled around the Tuscan countries as a vendor selling 'beans' in fairs and local markets.
The Brigidini of Lamporecchio, his hometown, became his specialty so much to obtain in 1911 the gold medal at the Milan Exposition Campionaria.
Since then the family recipes have been handed down from father to son and, after three generations, the nephews Giacomo and Luca continue the tradition remaining faithful to their origins and bringing modernity and innovation.
The waffle of Montecatini A typical Tuscan product, the Cialde di Montecatini is a round-shaped cake with sugar and chopped almonds inside. You can consume them alone or with ice-cream, tea, chocolate, liqueurs and Vinsanto. They do not contain added fatty parts, nor dyes and preservatives. Pack of 5 pieces, 220g.

Cantucci of Prato Cantucci are a typical Tuscan specialty made from flour, eggs and almonds, and are traditionally eaten accompanied by Vinsanto.
