Soft nougat

To make soft nougat the secret is to use only quality honey from the best local productions such as acacia honey, and selected ingredients such as IGP Piedmont hazelnuts and Bronte pistachios.

Unfailing during the holidays, lunches and every special moment lived in company and in family, it is combined with aged spirits such as grappa, cognac or with liqueur wines.
