Hazelnut cake

This is a simple dessert of my invention. The taste is not very sweet, but you can hear a lot of hazelnut and dried fruit. It's a quick and easy recipe. I want to say that I use the type 2 flour, the whole wheat flour, which should be used with good quality.

Ingredients for a round cake mold

• 3 eggs
• 150 g of brown sugar
• 180 g of integral flour
• 70 g hazelnuts flour
• 1 glass of rice oil
• 1 jar of 125 ml light yogurt
• 1 sachet of baking powder for dessert
• Drops of white chocolate / dried fruit

Method:

Put the eggs and the sugar in a bowl, with the electric whips worked all until you have a light and swollen mixture.
Always turning the oil with the whips and then the yogurt.
Add the flour and baking powder to the rest of the ingredients, always turning.
Grease and flour the donut mold, pour the mixture, sprinkle the dried fruit and the drops, bake quickly in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 35/40 minutes (cooking times vary a little from oven to oven).
Once cooked, let it cool and then want to taste with a little powdered sugar on top.

Pairings: a dessert wine, even sweet, such as Vin Santo, Vermut, Passito dell'Elba.
