The Official Product Specification of Macchiaiola Maremmana® Ham expected a mandatory aging of 26 months in a cool, dark and well-ventilated environment. The production process then allows to obtain a unique product from an organoleptic and nutritional point of view.
The taste is firm, structured and perfectly balanced.
