The Neck of Suino Nero is an exclusive product, and is obtained from the meat between the neck and the rib. It has pronounced and pleasing aromas and a rich, very persistent taste.
Maturing takes place in well-ventilated areas, for an optimum time of 6/9 months. It is soft and fragrant.
