The Lard of Suino Nero is an exclusive product.
It is obtained from the subcutaneous fatty tissue of the pig and has more than 90% of fat rich in Omega3 and Omega6.
The optimal seasoning is 4 months and is used cut into thin slices.
It is advisable to consume it on slices of hot bread.
