Bacon seasoned, obtained from the belly of the pig.
The flavor is decise and at the same time characterized by a sweet and delicate aroma, thanks to the part of noble and very white fat.
Packaging: 500 g under vacuum. The weight can undergo oscillations for the manual cutting of the product.
This product is shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
To obtain the bacon, the part of the belly, with its rind, is trimmed by hand. Salt with salt and various spices, the bacon is put to rest for a short period of time. Then it is washed and again seasoned with aromas and spices (mainly pepper). Finally it is hung for the maturing that lasts for 20/30 days.
Great for cold dishes and appetizers, but also to flavor roasts and game, or to flavor vegetables and as a condiment for pasta.
