Packaging: 400 g under vacuum. The weight can undergo oscillations for the handmade cut of the product.

Mortadella Toscanella is produced following the typology of "bologna" mortadella, typical of Emilia Romagna.
It is obtained from selected parts of the pig, with the addition of fat cubes. The mixture is put in natural casing.
The Mortadella can be eaten in slices accompanied by bread or schiacciata (baked bread in the oven with salt and oil), and as an appetizer only or with other cured meats.
