The chickpeas have a high content of vegetable proteins, of high nutritional value, they contain carbohydrates, fibers, minerals and vitamins, and a low content of lipids.
These dried chickpeas are produced in organic farming, a system that respects and exploits natural balances. Pesticides or chemical fertilizers are not used in organic farming, but only natural fertilizers. The whole production phase is controlled and guaranteed by control bodies recognized by the EC.
Usage: we recommend a short soaking in cold water and rinsing in running water.
