Corn flour with black summer truffle

Preparation made with corn flour and Italian black summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt. 1%) to cook polenta.

Use: heat 2 liters of water in a pot and add a little salt and a little extra virgin olive oil. Pour the contents of the envelope very slowly, and mix with a wooden spoon for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
