Chestnut tagliatelle - Garfagnana Coop, handmade in Garfagnana from local pasta factory. They are bronze wire-drawing and produced using wheat flour and 15% chestnut flour. The bronze drawing makes them rough and porous, just enough to blend perfectly with meat-based ragù. An excellent pasta with a great genuine flavor.
