Asparagus and white truffle cream, 80 g: spread cream produced with 70% of green asparagus, 3% of spring white truffle and 0,5% of white truffle;
White truffles butter, 75 g: seasoning for pasta and rice based on white truffle (Tuber Borchii) and spring white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico);
Carpaccio of bianchetto truffle, 30 g: pure spring white truffles in fine slices (60% Tuber albidum Pico) in olive oil;
Mushrooms and truffle sauce, 180 g: seasoning made with 70% of mushrooms Champignon (Agaricus bisporus) and 4% of Black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.);
Mushrooms and truffle salad, 150 g: cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus Bisporus) 57%, extra virgin olive oil and black summer truffle 3% (Tuber aestivum Vitt.). Use it to garnish beef, chicken and fish or simply over toasted bread and some olive oil for appetizer;
Honey with truffle, 40 g: Italian honey with 0.4% of black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) and brandy;
Ligurian basil and spring white truffle pesto, 80 g: pesto made with 30% of Ligurian basil D.O.P, Grana Padano cheese and 3% of spring white truffle (Tuber Borchii);
White sauce "La Tartufina", 80 g: sauce made with mushroom, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and spring white truffle;
Sundried tomatoes with black truffle, 170 g: dried tomatoes in extra virgin olive oil, with the addition of 4% black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.).
