Cimina Dolciaria makes a selection of the best cocoa, with particular attention to the correct cultivation of plants. The processes that follow the harvest are fundamental for the taste of chocolate, in particular the right fermentation and drying, which preserves the flavor and taste of the beans. The cocoa beans are then finely minced to form the cocoa paste.
The cocoa worked to produce these chocolate bars comes from the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Madagascar, Peru and Sao Tome.
The "Tonda Gentile Romana" hazelnut is mainly grown in the area of Tuscia, once Etruscan domination, and is rich in vitamin E and antioxidant polyphenols, sterols, fiber, potassium, phosphorus and magnesium, while the hazelnut has precious properties for the cardiovascular system thanks to its rich content of monounsaturated fatty acids.
The Tonda gentile romana is compact and crunchy, with a very fine and persistent flavor and aroma.
