This Italian traditional jam is made with wild strawberries, rhubarb stems and sugar. All these ingredients are united in a pot and left there for some hours in infusion with lemon juyce.
Eventually, all the ingredients are cooked in a pot with high flame for some minutes.
As the jam is made with natural organic ongredients, season is very important. So, the availability of the kam depends on wild strawberries availability.
The confiture has an exquisite taste, thhanks to the rhubarb added to the berries.
