Scarperia bread knife, classic style with cut serrated blade.
Available with bubinga wood and olive wood handle.
Each knife is a unique piece handmade, and has its own grain.
Scarperia knife for bread with INOX Steel AISI 420c Giglio Extra blade, cut serrated, length 20 cm.
Its grooves let it slice cleanly through bread without crushing it. It allows you to accurately cut bread, soft cakes, pineapples and in general delicate foods.
Available with bubinga or olive wood handle.
The Classic Line is produced for over 60 years using the same molds and the same smoothing, sharpening and polish techniques for make the blade and the handles.
