Scarperia knife for to peel, with INOX Steel AISI 420c Giglio Extra blade, cut, length 7 cm.
This knife can be used to peel not only potatoes, but also fruits or vegetables such as apples, pears, kiwi, courgettes, peppers and carrots.
Available with bubinga handle.
The Classic Line is produced for over 60 years using the same molds and the same smoothing, sharpening and polish techniques for make the blade and the handles.
