This Vermouth indeed is very versatile and can be served both as aperitif or as digestif after dinner.

Existence of Prato's Vermouth is proved since 1750, even before Piemonte region began the production of its famous Vermouths.
Today the white wine Vermouth was named by the Tuscany Region Traditional Agri-food Product (PAT) and is handcrafted by the Opificio Nunquam, according the original recipe of 1750, with a long maceration of herbs and citrus peels in wine.
It can be served cool as aperitif, or after meal, together with Prato biscuits or chocolate.
