Original Italian Red Vermouth

Italian liqueur produced with artisanal methods. Twenty different types of herbs are used, both aromatic and officinal, spices and citrus peels. They are pounded in a mortar and macerated with neutral alcohol and white wine for several days.

Afterwards they are decanted to eliminate the solid parts, a syrup made of sugar and wine is added, and it is left to mature for 4-5 days. A slow artisanal filtration followed, bottling, manual labeling and a brief refinement in the bottle.

The color of this red vermouth is clear, a garnet tending to orange. On the nose it is intense and persistent, ample. They feel black currant, bitter orange and blackberry, hay and camomile, caramel and just the tamarind. In the mouth it is balanced and sweet, warm, with a pleasant bitterish vein. The aftertaste is basically bitter and fruity, spicy.
