Handamade liqueur made with white wine (trebbiano and chadonnay), a tip of red wine (sangiovese), spices and herbs.
Bottles 100 ml and 0.50 l.
This Vermouth originates from an ancient family recipe of Opificio Nunquam.
The processing steps are similar to the White Vermouth of Prato, but the ingredients change. The base is white wine (trebbiano and chardonnay) mixed with a small addition of sangiovese, spices and herbs such as sage.
The aromas are extremely harmonious. At sight it is clear, of an antique pink color with copper reflections. The nose is intense, persistent, fine, broad, with clear floral scents of acacia, broom and dried hawthorn, fruity cherry, red currant and ripe and macerated pomegranate, slightly candied orange and spicy pepper, nutmeg, herbs officinal and balsamic.
In the mouth it is sweet, fresh, with a light and pleasant bitter final perception. The aftertaste has a bitter vein and fruity, spicy and balsamic notes.
You drink fresh as an aperitif.
