An historic liqueur typical of Tuscany, Acqua di Firenze was an amber-colored rosolio made with lemon peel, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg.
The Opificio Nunquam, after a patient research, has recovered the original recipe, bringing back a product that had been forgotten.
This liqueur has floral aromas, citrus, rightly spicy, on the palate it opens quite warm. The ingredients are the same as the historical recipe.
