The oranges in Tuscany were very much in vogue in the Renaissance period through the Medici family, who had specially built large glazed rooms, the orange-tress. Today they are cultivated above all on the coast, where the winter climate is a little less rigid.
The orange liqueur made by Opificio Nunquam is produced in small batches with organic alcohol and orange peel, with the use of a minimum of 500 g of fruit per liter.
