Miniature spirit of one of the oldest Vermouths in Italy. The origin of the recipe for this liqueur dates back to 1750; it is very versatile and can be served as an aperitif or as a digestive after dinner.

Existence of Prato's Vermouth is proved since 1750, even before Piemonte region began the production of its famous Vermouths.
Today this Vermouth is home made according the original recipe of 1750, with a long maceration of herbs and citrus peels in wine.
It can be served cool as aperitif, or after meal, together with Prato biscuits or chocolate.
Must try: with delicate herbs cheese.
