High quality extra virgin olive oil made from four different olive varieties: Frantoiano of Montemurlo, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino, grown on structured land in Alberese, in Montemurlo, in the Natural Park of Monteferrato,
in Tuscany.
The olives are harvested by hand, so as to keep their organoleptic properties intact, and the use specific equipment allows not to use herbicides.
The 'Special' version, with the patented labeling "I Panconi di Cicignano"®, is mainly obtained from moraiola olives grown in a particular area of the farm: ventilated, well exposed and with a conformation of the ground called "donkey back", which guarantees the drainage shaft and ideal conditions.
Olfactory and Gustative Notes: this oil is intense and fresh; has hints of artichoke and thistle that make it sometimes pungent and slightly bitter. It has notes of vanilla and pine nuts; clear, with golden reflections rich in green shades. Almond and leaf green are also perceived in the mouth.
