Tuscan pasta made with grain semolina and spelt flour

These macaroni are produced artisanally in a Garfagnana lab in Tuscany.

This pasta is obtained from the processing of grain wheat and spelt wheat, two different cerals, that give to the past a stronger flavor.

The bronze wire-drawing gives to the pasta a porosity that makes it suitable for important sauces such as ragu sauce or meat sauce.
