Gift box of Italian egg pasta and seasoning based on champignons mushrooms (67%), Parmigiano Reggiano and spring white truffle (3%, Tuber albidum Pico).
Use: cook the pasta (250 g) in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes. Heat the white Tartufina sauce lightly with a few tablespoons of pasta cooking water and a knob of butter. Season the tagliolini with the sauce obtained.
