Black cuttlefish ink spaghetti with with tomato (for 4 people): 320 g of spaghetti, 10 g of minced parsley, extra virgin olive oil, 1 onion, 400 g of peeled tomatoes. Cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, heat the chopped onion, tomatoes and parsley in a pan with a little oil. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce, continuing to cook for a few minutes. Serve hot with a little chopped parsley.
