Casarecce made with durum wheat semolina with spices: horseradish, coriander and ginger. The processing is artisanal, slow drying, and bronze wire-drawing. Without dyes and flavorings.

The Casarecce are made with only first quality durum wheat semolina and selected spices; bronze wire-drawing and slowly dried at low temperatures.
The Casarecce "Ginger, Horseradish and Coriander" are particularly suitable for seasoning with butter and sage, sauces and fish ragout, molluscs (clams and mussels) in white or with sauce, mushrooms, or they can be tasted simply with EVO Oil raw and parmesan which enhances the spice mix.
Cooking times can vary between 5 and 7 minutes. For handmade pasta, having no standardized production processes and using mixes of variable semolina depending on the durum wheat farmers who supplied the raw material, it is always advisable to always conduct a direct cooking test with the tasting of the product at the beginning of minutes indicated (5 min. for Casarecce).
The presence of spices can color the cooking water.
