Fusilli made with durum wheat semolina with spices: spinach, ginger and garlic. The processing is artisanal, slow drying, and bronze wire-drawing. Without dyes and flavorings.

The fusilli are made using only first quality durum wheat semolina and selected spices; bronze wire-drawing and slowly dried at low temperatures.
The Fusilli with "Spinach, Ginger and Garlic" are particularly suitable for seasonings based on vegetable sauces (traditional pesto, asparagus cream), vegetable creams, fresh seasonal vegetables, or they can be tasted simply with EVO Oil raw and parmesan which enhances the spice mix.
Cooking times can vary between 4 and 7 minutes. For handmade pasta, having no standardized production processes and using mixes of variable semolina depending on the durum wheat farmers who supplied the raw material, it is always advisable to always conduct a direct cooking test with the tasting of the product at the beginning of minutes indicated (4 min. for Fusilli).
The presence of spices can color the cooking water.
