The organic pennette are made using only first quality durum wheat semolina; bronze wire-drawing and slowly dried at low temperatures.
The Organic Pennette match perfectly with any type of seasoning, from the simplest to the most elaborate with meat, fish or vegetables; even a simple dressing with EVO oil is able to enhance the artisan taste of this pasta format.
Cooking times can vary between 5 and 7 minutes. For handmade pasta, having no standardized production processes and using mixes of variable semolina depending on the durum wheat farmers who supplied the raw material, it is always advisable to always conduct a direct cooking test with the tasting of the product at the beginning of minutes indicated (5 min. for Pennette).
