A traditional meat in Tuscany
Ragu sauce made with typical Chianina IGP meat from the Central Apennines.
Perfect for all types of pasta, especially tagliatelle, pappardelle and maltagliati.
Package 180 g.
Chianina meat is a precious quality of meat that is classified as IGP, that means Protected Geographical Indication: it is an autochthonous cattle breed that lives exclusively in Central Italy, in the Tuscan area of Val di Chiana and according to a strict specification.
In fact, this breed does not know intensive farming, living in a very rustic way and grazing in open spaces, resulting in high quality of its meat.
The IGP White Vitello of the Central Apennine is for beef is the only quality brand recognized and approved by the European Community for Italy.
This ragu can be used to accompany both fresh pasta and rough, porous pasta, such as tagliatelle, macaroni and striped pens.
