The lampascioni are wild onions typical of Puglia, here preserved in oil with peppers and spices.

The lapascioni are the bulbs of a herbaceous plant typical of the Mediterranean. They grow about twenty centimeters deep and are rich in mineral salts.
The flavor of the lampascioni is bitter, very characteristic, but the aftertaste tends to sweet and is very delicate.
The lampascioni in oil are a typical product of Apulia's enogastronomy, made using only carefully selected high quality raw materials.
