This product is cooked according to the original recipe of the Tuscan gastronomic tradition.
The ingredients are all natural. The chickpeas used are the rare vegetables of Reggello in Pratomagno (Tuscany), of small volume and excellent taste.
The product should be heated in a pan with the optional addition of some broth or water and poured on slices of bread previously roasted and sprinkled with grated cheese.
