Ths wine is made at 80% with Sangiovese and at 20% with Cabernet Sauvignon. It is honed for more than a year in tonneaux and then in bottle for anpther 12 months.
Organolpetic qualities:
This wine has an intense red ruby color, an elegant perfume, with a slight note of black berry and raspberry. It is soft in the mouth, enveloping with taste, with soft tannies and a good body. There is a slight acidity, well balanced by tannic richness. Long finale, with an aftertast that veers toward sweet lecorice.
Goes well with all the meats and cheeses.
