Organic red wine made with ciliegiolo grapes in purity. The vineyards are cultivated following the organic method, guaranteed by ICEA: pesticides and herbicides are not used, but only natural methods.
Ciliegiolo is a fresh wine suitable for any dish, in particular with pecorino cheese, tagliatelle with wild boar, stewed and fried stew.
The fruity aroma refers to sensations of cherry and plum, while the taste is juicy and pleasant.
