This red wine is produced entirely with Sangiovese and is bottled after 15 months maturing in Slavonian oak barrels and bottled in a minimum of 3 months.
The Rosso di Montalcino is a very versatile wine, suitable for both raw and processed meats or on average delicate meats.

The philosophy that animates the Cantina di Val di Suga is to highlight and enhance diversity, seeking the best affinity between wines and territory.
This need arises from the very nature of Sangiovese, a particularly reactive type of soil and exposure.
This red wine originates from the interpretation of the clayey soil around the winery and located north of Montalcino: it is a lively, very fresh wine that opens up full and soft. Tannins are elegant and persistent.
Use between 15° C and 16° C.
For its versatility it is suitable to accompany tasty or seasoned cheeses and also white meat not too delicate.
