This organic red wine is produced in the Chianti Classico area for 90% by Sangiovese grapes and the rest from Cabernet Sauvignon.
It mainly accompanies red meat and roasts.
In the heart of Chianti, in Panzano, the Renzo Marinai farm from 1996 to present has introduced new systems of organic cultivation.
The ground on which the vineyards rise are 400m above sea level and is cultivated with low plant intensity. Among the red grapes you work, Sangiovese occupies the first place, followed by Cabernet Sauvignon and Canaiolo.
This organic red wine has brilliant ruby red color, a composite, long, delicate scent. On the palate it is dry, full and sapid.
Use between 16°C and 18°C.
