The cream is prepared with porcini mushrooms, black summer truffle and extra virgin olive oil.
The black truffle mature completely in summer and is harvested between late May and early September. For growth requires calcareous soils without water stagnation and tolerates drought well.
The scent of the black summer truffle has delicate and fruity notes.
This cream is ideal both for the preparation of croutons, as a condiment for risotto, pizzas or as a filling italian pasta such as tortellini, ravioli and white lasagna with mushrooms.
