Cream made with asparagus, black summer truffle and extra virgin olive oil.
The black truffle ripens fully in summer and is harvested between late May and early September. For the development it needs calcareous soils without water stagnation and it tolerates drought well.
The scent of the black summer truffle has delicate and fruity notes.
This cream is an excellent seasoning for risottos or can be used to prepare appetizers (with crostini or roasted bread).
