Sauce produced using 17% of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP cheese and 1,2% of Bianchetto Truffle.
Ideal for any type of pasta. Excellent also spread on croutons and canapes. Heat slightly in a bain-marie to season tagliatelle, omelettes and eggs.
