Spreadable made with champignons mushrooms (79% Agaricus bisporus) and Italian summer black truffle (3% Tuber aestivum Vitt.). Great sauce for seasoning all dishes.
Ideal for all truffle based recipes. It is great spread over toast bread and crostini mixed with milk cream, soft cheese or at natural. Serve it warm adding butter or extra virgin olive to enrich eggs pasta or eggs.
