The tarallini, also called taralli or tarallucci, are made with flour, water, wine, oil and salt. The dough, unleavened, is given the shape of many small rings, which are then cooked in the oven.
They are a typical product of Puglia par excellence, and can be eaten as an appetizer, as a snack, or instead of bread.
