Seasoning for pasta and rice based on white truffle (Tuber Borchii) and spring white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico), in a jar of 75 g.
This dressing is made with butter, spring white truffle (4%) and fine white truffle (0.5%).
With its intense flavour of truffle, is ideal to enrich egg pasta and risotto. It is delicious also for bruschette and appetizers.
