The "Tonda Gentile Romana" hazelnut is mainly grown in the area of Tuscia, once Etruscan domination, and is rich in vitamin E and antioxidant polyphenols, sterols, fiber, potassium, phosphorus and magnesium, while the hazelnut has precious properties for the cardiovascular system thanks to its rich content of monounsaturated fatty acids.
La Tonda gentile romana is compact and crunchy, with a very fine and persistent flavor and aroma.
