The "Tonda Gentile Romana" hazelnut is mainly grown in the area of Tuscia, once Etruscan domination, and is rich in vitamin E and antioxidant polyphenols, sterols, fiber, potassium, phosphorus and magnesium, while the hazelnut has precious properties for the cardiovascular system thanks to its rich content of monounsaturated fatty acids.
